2011	Netherlands	MCNV and TEA	facilitator	Facilitation of two 2-day workshops, one for the “Transition in the East Alliance” (TEA) and the other for the Medical Committee Netherlands Vietnam (MCNV), to reflect, clarify roles and responsibilities, improve procedures and improve cooperation in general.
2011	Indonesia	HIVOS	coach	Backstopping, Coaching and Advise the HIVOS Regional Office in Jakarta. In three visits provide backstopping and coaching to the interim director, advice on staff plan, division of portfolios and workload of the core staff and identify and advice on other HRM issues.
2011	Netherlands Nepal	Avance, project management and consultancy	consultant/trainer	Co-develop a tool for organizational self-assessment, training of local consultants in the use of this tool, distant monitoring of the organizational self-assessments, co-formulate an overall report. Train SIMAVI staff in the use of the tool- and monitoring capacity development trajectories.

2010	Georgia	CTC	team leader	Mid-term Evaluation of the CTC Project in Upper Svanety supporting local communities to more actively and consistently initiate community development and increase social cohesion.
2010	Netherlands	COC	advisor	Managing the process with COC (see below) to obtain European Funding from a budget line “European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR)”. Coaching senior management, keeping track of timing and getting the right information on paper.

2010	Netherlands	Both Ends	evaluator	See also below. Mid-Term Evaluation of the MFS 1 program (funded by the Dutch Government). The purpose of this evaluation was to measure what influence Both Ends had have on policies and laws formulated in 2008/9 in the Netherlands, the EU and internationally
2009	Netherlands, Italy and India	Both Ends	team leader evaluator	DRYNET is an international network working on the future of dryland communities mainly with support of the European Union (EU). It consists of 14 Civil Society Organisations working in four continents. As team leader it is my responsibility to co-design the methodology, ensure that the evaluation is done according to plan and that a high quality report is delivered to the EU, additional donors and the implementers of the project (the network members).
2009	Netherlands	Op Eigen Wieken	advisor	The foundation “Op Eigen Wieken” is a Dutch housing cooperation that finances non-governmental projects in developing countries. As advisor it is my role to establish contacts with Dutch co-funding agencies and facilitate communication to arrive at projects that can funded by the foundation.
